From time to time, our application may crash on your iPhone/iTouch/iPad, sending you back to the home screen without warning. In most cases, Apple will send us the crash reports from these software problems a week or two after the fact.
If your application is crashing often, then you can send us the crash reports directly and we'll look at them quickly.
Here's how to get your crash reports to AvConnect:
- Sync your iPhone/iTouch/iPad with iTunes on your Mac or PC.
- Please look for the crash files depending on your set-up:
Mac OS X: <your home directory>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
Windows Vista or 7: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
- Look for crash reports that start with "AvConnect" - zip them up or simply reply to this email to email@example.com with these files attached.
